All profits raised during this auction will be donated to Children In Need.

Terms & Conditions

 

1.     All profits will be donated to THE BBC CHILDREN IN NEED registered charity no.802052

 

2.     Bids will only be accepted via Telephone or the online auction, if you have any problems please contact us on the number above.

 

3.     When bidding we will require the following information: Full Name, Loft Number, Full Address & a contact number / Email.

 

4.     All bids made via phone / online are final and cannot be adjusted or altered once placed.

 

5.     On the last day of the auction Saturday 1st November 2008 we expect the phone to be busy please try and get your bids in early if possible to avoid missing lots.

 

6.     The highest bidder on the last day will be the lot winner.

 

7.     The Auction will run between Wednesday 1St October & Saturday 1st November 2008

 

8.     The auction will end on Saturday 1st November at 1900 GMT.

 

9.     Once the auction is complete you should you be successful you will be contacted within 10 working days with further details.

 

10.     All arrangements with regards to transport should be arranged by the winner and this will be an additional cost to the winning bidder.

 

11.     Arrangements can be made to export the birds out of the UK please contact me for further information.

 

12.     Last Minute time extensions – there is a time extension of 10 min per lot. If a bid is made a 18:55 the auction will end at 19:05 if there is a another bid at 19:00 the auction will end at 19:10 and so on for that lot

 

13.     Should there be any problems with the auction site please contact me on 01753 622863. Up to date info will be on Double Cottage Lofts website / Forum.

Andrew I note you say all profits will be paid to Children in Need. What costs if any are you anticipating to be deducted from the sale of birds? Profit suggests there will be deductions.

All Money to CIN no costs anticipated, however i am working with the BHW to fit it all in to the free section they are giving me so all been well no costs deducted at all.  :)

Andrew,

I see that you have missed out our donation of two 2009 channel bred youngsters! My e-mail is not working properly, i can receive but not send at the minute!  I cannot give definate Sire & Dam details as we haven't sorted the pairings yet, but guarantee they will be out of top distance/channel type bloodlines. Can you let me know if you still want them or not?
