You can make figures say almost anything, but it is frightening to think of the waste of our money that goes on unchecked.

remember the Galloping Major he had a car on lease which cost over £19,000, Lewis Hamilton does'nt pay that for his Ferrari and he gets to smash it up, I shudder to think what drain on our finances the last "Wet Lettuce" cost to get shut of him.
