cheers every one for there kind remarks,iv dusted myself down il just have to try and breed another 1 iv got 5 children from her 3 in the stock loft 2 in the race team so iv still got her blood(the 3 in the stock are when she was paired to my 3rd open falaise)

well as you say her line is there a few inbreds to cross should produce the same quality , you'l never replace a favourate ,  but the not having birds is far worse

got a gin trap used it for rats dont need it now got 3 cats cats dont bother pigeons and fight any other cats that come near

i have three fen tunnel traps set all the time one on the stone dyke behind the loft and two next to the loft on looking these traps last monday i was pleased to see i had caught a large dog stoat brilliant i thought you wont do any damage but unfortunatly i was to late it had killed a hen in the racing end but certainly wont do it again never mind we still  have to keep going
