budgie Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 Due to the Transporter costs should we be thinking about reducing numbers and imposing a 20 bird Limit.Think of the savings that could be made and a fairer system if we were all sending the same amount.Less Doos,Cleaning,Feeding, Pooling,Training and basketing on race nights. ;)

Guest asha Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 :)Silly statement, less birds more expensive birdage,if you want a fairer system, just the top 2 birds on each members racesheet counts for honours, simple. :)

Guest asha Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 Why would anyone want to send to early races, pointless excersise, unless of course you can prove different?
budgie Posted December 10, 2008 Author Report Posted December 10, 2008 Lanarkshire Fed can send between 6000-7000 birds .If we could reduce our numbers and with the money we have in the bank we could quite easily purchase one new transporter without going into debt.
