Lighten up there seems to be a let's get asha campaign. There are plenty of other threads with humorous comments on. Sometimes inappropriate ..... but Glyn has a sense of humour, doesn't he Tom123? It was not aimed at taking the p out of Glyn it was the use of something called a pun, not sarcastic irony which you could call offensive.

No doubt heartbreaking for Glyn and I have the greatest empathy with his current position, my regards to Gordon Johnson if you see him Tom 123.

I never put this thread on to get stupid comments about the man - I would like a little info as i noticed the advert and credit where credit is due, everything appeals - The crying shame is that the advert doesnt contain lots and details of each lot as it means people like myself have to go in totally blind however with illness we have to accept thats the way it has to be.

Tom is the Queens cup winner in the sale do you know?

 

Im sure that Glyn told me when he visited early in the year that the Queens Cup Winner was lost in a training toss.

 

He was full of pigeons on that visit, although he had been realy ill for a long time pity realy.

i had a stock hen of glyn a few years back and she bred me a cock which was 11th national from la farte bernard into scotland 575 miles in a light north wind on the day. i spoke to glyn about this he was well pleased for me. i wish him all the best.

it went verry well ,some  of the top flyers in wales went home with birds ,i could not get any of the southwells i bid on ,and i was the opening bidder up to £100  on 12 diferent lots ,shows the quality of the birds that were on offer ,
