fletch Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Ben with all the effort you are putting in your results in races will improve but not to bad for a young man of your age and years in the sport Great showing results..
Guest REDFOXKRAUTHS Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 i hope i can win something this year if i race me cocks i will have 9 two year olds and 10 yearlings if i race hens aswell with them i will have 20 2 y/os and 16 yearlings

fletch Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 i hope i can win something this year if i race me cocks i will have 9 two year olds and 10 yearlings if i race hens aswell with them i will have 20 2 y/os and 16 yearlings Ben can i give you some advice you seem to have to many pigeons this for me is a major stummbling block that will stop you gettting the results you desire or actually deserve for all the time and effort you put into them. You are having to spread your time to cater for all your birds. In your sittuation i would breed your younguns then race either your cocks or your hens not both and give them the time and loving care that will make them race to you. I know this will be hard for you with your school work and exams, This is only my advice to try and help you. I belive in quality not quantity and loving time with each bird..
Guest REDFOXKRAUTHS Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 i think that is a plan do you think as i seem to lose a lot of young birds if i raced young hens, but kept the cocks till yearlings?
