No way I would but your probably right about leasing. Bottom line = what you want X what the fermer wants.

Bottom line = what you want X what the fermer wants. hire the acre tell the farmer he can have the hay of it bar 2 bails, sorted an acre is some size mate all you want is a 20 th of it at the most
