whats the definition of form. What are you looking for on the build up to a race. I understand you would never sent a bird that looks down but asides that how do u decide which birds to send. Stupid question maybe but i would like to know peoples thoughts on this.

now there's a million dollar question i belive form is different to a bird being in top condition all though it does seem to come on the dropping of the first flight  its hard to explain i think its more how the pigeon feels for eg take a bird racing all season lets take sprint pigeon why does he do well in 5 6 races on the trot even if the bird is in top condition all the race year  although for a bird to come into top form he has to be in top condition  i know i haven't answered your question probably gave u more to think about but sure with pigeons that the great thing one question answered and it opens the door to another question

when in super form , an old bird ,,looks different, acts different, even the colour shade  changes  slightly , the eyes sparkle , their breasts are non scaly and pink , their feet are hot , the bird allmost tells you by its behaviour etc etc
