Guest Vic Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 I found a picture of Les Kilshaw, presenting Vic with a trophy a few years back, with a youngish Bob Moffatt in the left background. Surely Les was ther best ever pigeon flyer ever from Liverpool. Vic.

Guest Vic Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 hi vic can you tell me if you no of a mr g kelly think he was the fed president I think that you are referring to another, one brilliant fancier, Mr. Sam Kelly, a thorough gentleman, who is still a treasure, and a pleasure in Vics mind. He is still an active member in the North Liverpool Fed, after so many successful years of winning cups, and sorting out fanciers hiccups at crucial times. He, like other guys deserve the ultimate prize, which is better in my mind, than a chain of office. A simple medal maybe, that says you have devoted your life to our wonderful sport. Perhaps not struck in gold, but a reminder of what pleasure pigeon racing can offer us all.
