NWHU ETS RULES

Couldnt help but notice in the new rules regarding ETS that you can only have 4 birds  in your club or federation result for inland races, I wouldnt be to happy if I was lucky enough to have more birds in the fed result only to be told they dont count because you use ETS.How do members of the NWHU who have ETS feel about this.

iF you read the notes you will see that rule 15 which is this one was thrown out.
