Help with Photo

Guys there was an idiots guide on here giving step by step instructions on how to add a photo but for the life of me cannot find it, if anyone can find the link it would be appreciated

below the reply box there is a "more post options " box, click on there, browse and attach photo.

Must be smaller than 1mb though.
