jimmy white Posted June 13, 2009 Report Posted June 13, 2009 any feds going west hitting the lothians/ loanhead/penicuick area , between the hours of 11 30,-12 30 and onwards faced the most horrific freak thunderstorms , torrential rain , even hailstones at intermitant intervals ,, saw many birds battling against this , these really were freak weather conditions and very bad
Dave barrie Posted June 13, 2009 Report Posted June 13, 2009 jimmy, i drove through these wet patches coming back from newark, bad wether sighns up on a1 from alnwick to edinburgh,libbed birds at 07 40 into slight southerly breeze and warm, was hoping they would have passed through before bad weather was forecast?what was it like with you around 11 o clock ish, on way home weather was lovely all the way untill dundee area , mind you i must have been 4 hrs behind the doos.
