bald face

One of my YB's is developing a bald face. just above its beek and round under the eyes. Is this normal? moulting?   :-/

ive got that 2 bald head  ;D  it sounds like the moult

For some reason, whites always look worse when they are moulting;  I thought that mine were ill the time I saw a moult.
