birds from diffrent union

hi i have a bird from a diffrent union the owner says i can keep him if i want to,

as i am only a member of rpra, how do i go about transfering the bird from the nwhu union to me.

send the NWHU transfer to them and then register the bird with the RPRA as a foreign ring

foreign to there union, we have the same in the WHPU, all GB rings are registered with them as foreign rings, if a WHPU fed or national etc is won by a GB ring etc and it is not registered the member and bird will be thrown out!
