sapper756 Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 Just had a youngster drop on the loft. lost at Otterburn 15th August, clearly not been into anyone, as yet again the ETS with my phone number sticker, still in tact, a bit flown down and a tad of lice evident :-/ anther one for next year
b.massey Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 Would have learned a lot mate. A lot of guts too. I always like them to try find home when they are healthy enough to do so. Means its a trier and not dropped into first loft it see's. Of course there are circumstances when it is unable to make it and appreciate when a fancier gets it back to owner when possible
gooner Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 i had one come back yesterday that i dropped on 22nd august, still had its rubber on and is a lovely white grizzal that was bred by kirky on here so was well chuffed
Guest ROCKYandRAMBO Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 it most be the week for them working home as i had one work in sat withthe race birds which i lost 2 weeks earlyer had another home tues when you was round to see it gooner lol . me and gooner where in my young bird loft when this black hen droped on the loft . then had another one back last nite . all three had dirty feet and still rubbered up so am pleased they didnt take the easy option and find another loft
