If you join your local club they will get rings for you or you can join the RPRA directly and purchase them through there.

Once you join your club or r.p.r.a if your in england, you can order your rings through them mate, or you can buy them off e-bay, make sure they have a signed transfer form with them though, As ther are 1 or 2 selling rings that have been given to them for free, and sell on.

oh how do i fond my local club lol im in mansfeild nottinghamshire

 

Im sure there will be someone on here from near there, but if you go on rpra website and look on the ring list sections, you might be able to find an address of a local club.

e-mail the RPRA or go to the RPRA site, 2009 ring list and search for Mansfield, that will give you the local sec's details
