Wiley Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 yeast infection could be a suspect, if you enter your loft and it smells like you wouldnt eat in there would be one of first things id get checked
russell1 Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 have you got signs of a mouse? a buck mouse urine smells of amonia!!
chickadee Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 if you have floor grils what would be the best deep litter for underneath them? Just sprinkle Stalosan F over the droppings and it will kill the bacteria and the smell of ammonia

bruno1 Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 I've merged an earlier thread 'smell of ammonia' with the current thread 'ammonia'. The earlier thread contents are at the start of this thread and contain relevant information which may help the current enquirer.
Guest IB Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 Think you might have some dampness in there. Any signs of water getting in?
