hi all i have posted a few treads here before and thanks everyone for all there help. anyhow next year is my first year racing and i have decided to go for unikon price is a big thing been here in ireland gettig crazy qoutes how much should i be paying.

Ron, the Unikon Champ PC500 Text is £595 which includes a loft clock, pocket clock, 1 pad, 5m cable and a power supply.

i think i got quoted 699 euro does that sound right for same system

PS.  You would have postage on top of the £595 so your price is probably not far out.

hi lads, here in ireland the system with the pocket clock and the rest but without the blue tooth sms is 575 euro, i was thinking of getting mine at blackpool but some folk are saying it might be a slightly differernt set up????

blimey thats about £1100....almost 3 times tauris for a bluetooth set up (dizzy)

not the basic version its true.did you get 3 ant. total or 1 ant. plus extra 3 ? assuming the latter you would have to take £360 (ant.) and £100 (pocket clock) so total £460 from £1090 (1200 euro @ 1.10/£) would equal £630 which would be more in line but still 1.5 times price of tauris.

so i'm not far off in my calc. £630 does sound low though as local club is paying about £600/set for non bluetooth.

thanks all for your replies but i am still non the wiser except one guy pm me with good contact.my problem is everyone seems to be paying different prices why is that.all i want is the bluetooth system with one pad but 699 euro i think is a little expesive even if i change money from euro to pound.
