hi i remember this happening to pigeon chat a few years back on a sale i ran because of a high use of members at the end of sale the problem was because a lot of bids and refreshing pages going on it interfered with other websites that they shared with so the owner pulled  the plug due to complaints from these other websites this could be the reason for this happening last night well done to gary and bob many thanks vinnie

 

thats what the google prob page told me that the server put up an external  firewall that makes sence now

might just be a good idea for any one realy interisted in a lot not to  wait till the last min. to bid you might lose the lot if you do that get a big bid in and blow away the opposion right away ;) ;) ;) ;)

missed all the fun last night but the system has booted me out a few times recently!

the site needs to upgrade to a bigger server..i have been getting messages ..server unreachable.

the site cant handle it???

ive now just got back on..been off b4 9pm.

Servers can handle tens of thousands of requests a minute so its not going to be the server to blame Paul.  Its the size of the account that woudl cause it as bandwidth is limited depending on how much you pay.  I know the company this one uses and they aren't the best but still give more than enough for the amount that visit here.
