paul10121968 Posted February 14, 2010 Author Report Posted February 14, 2010 i wonder if we should be posting pics of our birds and lofts,as these could be used for identification by a would be thief during a break-in.just a thought.
Guest big pete Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 I've looked into cctv infra red night watch, but to get face recognishion there very expensive, and unless you can recognise them really, not much good.
paul10121968 Posted February 14, 2010 Author Report Posted February 14, 2010 At least with a cammera you can get some images which somebody will know if posted! thats true also.i think i will be going for a hidden one along with a good fence because my rear garden is quite excessible from the outside.

pigeonscout Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 Is there anyone that knows how to go about getting insurance for pigeons and loft.
owen101 Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 can only got insurance for loft/outbuilding not any pigeons
Guest joshdonlan Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 I think we need to do research prior to letting people visit your lofts. Maybe meet somewhere first and weigh them up. Note the car reg. Get a reference off someone you know. It shouldnt have to be this way, but with all this going on, you cant be too safe.
