how many days to be adult?

experts says its a Homer cross, it is still to be adult for 2 months.

can u say actually how many days it takes to be adult?

i keep it for 35 days n i got it when it was about 30-35 days old [may be]

some birds mature quicker than others, they will show you when they have become adult, if a cock bird they will start chaseing hens, if a hen it will start playing upto the cocks!

hello mamun,, welcome to pigeon basics   i think your pigeon will be old enough to breed at 6 months old,,, the pigeon will tell you when he  [or shes ] is  ready for breeding..  

 

some pigeons mature quicker than others,, good luck with your breeding

yes there is a way mamun, , by counting the newly  moulted nest flights , ,, a pigeon has 10 primary [main] flight feathers,

 

once a young pigeon has moulted its 5th flight, it then goes into a body moult,,, but this is in this country,,

 

light controls the moult, so i should think the daylight hours would be different in your country, so  very difficult  to tell,,,, the pigeon in the picture, looks to have had a full body moult, so by a calculated guess, would be nearing its breeding ability

we are in [23°45'31"N   90°23'28"E, http://wikimapia.org/#lat=23.7&lon=90.39&z=11&l=0&m=b&show=/4224574/Dhaka&search=dhaka] 23 degree north that means we get 11-13 hours day light in our country in summer and 9-11 hours day light in winter
