Thanks for all the advice over the last couple of days (for those who don't know I let my new birds out for the first time on Sunday and one refused to come back into the loft) the good news is yesterday lunchtime the last bird entered the loft so that's 6 out and 6 back in the end  :)

good news dave when you let them back out let them out hungry not starving as like us we wont do our jobs right if starving before letting them out get them use to your call shake of tin whistle and so on when you let them out as soon as they land call them in with corn waiting for them the one that is last in has less corn they will be the first in next time you got to get them to no your the boss not them dont let them rule you other wise they have you on the back foot everytime.

all the best
