It seems to me you are doing or have done something very wrong when starting up.

Is there anyone close to you who can give you advice and perhaps some healthy stock?

Personally I would start again and that would include a new house for the birds as the one you have must be contaminated with all sorts of germs now.

Sory to hear your favourite died mamun. Do not take in any other birds until this is resolved. Good luck.

Im sorry to say it but i think its all going to end in tears unless something very drastic is done to either get this birds healthy, or to dispose of and start again. Im not sure the avian vet(DR.) in your area is of high reguard also as i very much doubted his last diagnosis of worms, i hope very much you come to a conclusion, and what i would say is reguarding the loft have a look around on the internet and such for ideas of lofts as in your design there doesnt look like there is much space

Sorry to hear you still have troubles. If you are going to change your loft design, then double the space for each pair and keep less pigeons. Burn your existing small loft that housed 6 pairs, there may now be disease in it..

The two boxes (in the picture) you are building is really only big enough for one pair, so remove the partition between them, turn it on its end so that you have one 'hutch' . It should measure roughly 18" long, 12" high and 12" deep. You'll be able to feed the pair in there.

Make sure you have lots of holes in both sides, and the front walls for ventilation [you need a good flow of fresh air through each hutch to keep birds in it healthy].  fix them to your wall, off the ground, and have a space between each of them 'up and across' the wall. Maybe enclose the whole space occupied by your 6 or so hutches behind a big wire enclosure that keeps wild birds / pigeons out.
