Theres a guy on ebay builds them , i baught a 10 x 6 for 550 BOWIESHEDSLTD have a look hes based in the west midlands

have you looked at tongue and grooves shed remove front add frame fix mesh with a door centre on runner with trap stall trap or sputnik fitted to door would be same as any loft made by any of the loft makers plus alot cheaper
