fred smyth Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 every one is talking about BOP hitting there young birds , i dont have any flying yet so its not going to hit me but ,, is there a good time to let birds out or do these monsters hunt and feed all day like don't they just hunt in morning or do they be a threat all day long
chickadee Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 We find they tend to hunt at the same time every day, normally late afternoon about 3-4pm. Except when they are feeding young they hunt a lot more, we tend to keep ours in and let out at different times to break any pattern although nothing is foolproof
edwards Posted July 4, 2009 Report Posted July 4, 2009 excellent advice mate percy is not an early hunting bird we have checked it out we toss a six in the morning and its class the birds are so much happier but the evening toss is a nightmare for us they hunt up to 8 or 9 over here.
