Guest Silverwings Posted June 30, 2008 Report Posted June 30, 2008 what are the latest up and coming pigeons in your area ,be interesting to see if the same ones are making their mark in other parts of the uk ? the ones getting all the interest in the walsall area are birds from Wal;ter Dockx and More recently those of Wim Moens ...........ray
jimmy white Posted July 1, 2008 Report Posted July 1, 2008 cant say I've heard of any new breed or different pigeons winning in this area , but see the same fanciers winning with different pigeons pretty regular ,, with a few up and coming new fanciers getting in the picture now , my own thoughts are that the management is more important ,especially in races up to 300 miles
just ask me Posted July 2, 2008 Report Posted July 2, 2008 thers a few new strains now doing the rounds willy jacobs are one see them winning and louis corremans another [spelled wrong of course] ganus pigeons is another which seems to be doing well thres 3 if i think of more ill let u know these seem to be doing the biz at the mo

Guest Silverwings Posted July 2, 2008 Report Posted July 2, 2008 quite happy with the birds i have !!! and have been for many years but if i stop looking at ways to improve what i have then my interest in pigeons will have expired , so for the moment i will keep looking at em !!!!! do like the look of those willy jacobs and the van meldert pigeons ......ray
