Guest pied 09 Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 just had my 2nd attack in 2 weeks with the old birds. saw himflying back after he swooped , he left empty handed but i got 2 missing now.
Guest Owen Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 I had a peregrine chasing my cocks yesterday but I got them all back. One of the birds looked to be off colour. Some crazy so and so has shot him. I can see where the pellet has hit him and he is very lame now. Yes, and you have guessed it, it is one of my best cocks. He has won a couple of races and a nice bit of pool money. Now what sort of clown would do a thing like that? The worst thing is that I have no idea who could have done this. If I find out, he will have that airgun shoved where the sun does not shine, sideways.
lawrie Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 maybe the farmers or someone aiming for the peregrine?
shaun h Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 probleys be some bop lover trying to kill it to feed his bop .
Guest Owen Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 lawrie, I admire your optimism. More likely to be youths with their airguns. There are plenty of them around here.
