young & old bird system

i am woundering if anyone can tell me a good system with young birds

& also a good widowhood system wich i can use next season

have always said u cant go wrong with Dave allen's widowhood year book best Ive read and not to complicated

Nigel Cowood sells it but i do not have his number but i am sure someone will have it on here. i have also see it on ebay in the past

i think there are many good w- hood  systems as such, but the best system is the one that suits you as far as work or commitments etc , dave alan.s w-hood system is very simplified in his book, and has proved to be a good method
