pigeonpete Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 Just starting up pete need to get a pin *expletive removed* on an ordanance survey map for my race distances Have you joined a local club? as the club secretary will do that for you.
Guest WINGS 04 Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 if you are in a club they should have a map
Beanz Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 If need be contact The Map Shop of Upton on Severn Worcs giving them the postcode of the property were the loft is and they will send you a map, the only downside is it will cost you £21. Paul
Guest spin cycle Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 the OS EXPLORER maps are good . should be able to get in local bookshop , garage etc. scale is 1/25k. if your loft is on left of map use left hand scale and vice versa for right. this is because the map is derived from 2, 1/12k maps and it varies slightly. my map cost about £7. best of luck
