why do some people get in ur bird after it goes missing and never check the wings or report it?

there are people who either keep the bird or dont know who to contact, like my self, i am not a member of a club, so it takes a while to find details of owner, some birds aren't rung therefor being untracable.

some feed the bird and just realese the bird next day

that ture but people like me cant afford hundreds of pounds for a bird i  jsut brought 5 birds todat for 50 that all i can affrod

i would never spend more than £30 £40 on any bird, any one who does is a great believer!
