Just wondering how old are your birds before you let them out for the first time? Mine are about 35 days old now and was just wondering when i should start thinking about letting them go? They seem to be traping just fine.

Thanks Jack

i always stay out there with them also by doing this they get to know you and trust you more outside so on race day ;)

OK-I have a trap out to my aviairy and then the same trap to get back in. They can come and go as they please into the avairy. They have been in the new loft for about a week (weened) I just haven't opened up the doors yet to let them fly. They are traping just fine so you think they are old enough to let fly for the first time?

Thanks Jack

well i have a open door aswell as as a trap above it!! so while babys are wenaed i leave them roam around the graden while old birds are exercising!! and when they get older then ill leave them out themselves!
