what in peoples opinion is the better a widowhood cock or a cock chasing his hen for egg's

A good race can be had sending w/hood cocks driving. This time of year most w/hood teams have been flown on that system for around 12-14 weeks and have gone stale. Something to be used on their last race if only spending one night in the basket.
