breeders in Lancs

hi all, lovely site by the way. Just wondering if any of you know of any breeders of tumblers or other birds near to poulton lancs nr blackpool? They are for my dad, he's passed the message on to me because he doesnt have net use so I may have the breed wrong? : think he said tumblers?

also tipplers required thats the others he's asked for. Willing to have them delivered by phantom flyer etc. Pairs of each. Also, what sort of price would they be? said I would buy them for his birthday. He's very experienced and has kept pigeons for years, i dont have a clue though  :-/but im the one shopping on the net for him, thanks for your help.
