Single widow hens

Anyone here fly single widowhood hens?? if so, Could you please explain you setup & system.

is it just one hen you have or a team of hens? if shes on her own throw her out with ybs to exercise then friday put her back in the loft where she was paired up with a cock she will go mad!!

07 will be my first year of OB racing. I'll likely fly natural for a few years. I'm interested in learning about widowhood particularly w/ hens

Whenever we have any single hens they are encouraged to pair up together. We have had a lot of success with Lesbian hens

One instance a couple of years ago we had 3 hens paired up and 6 eggs in a nest bowl , they would all try and squeeze onto the nest , this created immense competition between them and the motivation to race home was great. All 3 hens were winners in no time at all including a fed winner.
