PIGEON_MAN Posted November 11, 2006 Report Posted November 11, 2006 Never ever heard that you shouldn,t pair any colours of the same together.
birdman55678 Posted November 11, 2006 Report Posted November 11, 2006 Only color not to pair is whats called here an almond, the young birds can be hatched blind. When pairing it isn't the color of the feathers that really matter its the color of the eyes.. Good day. Ed
Guest beautyhomer Posted November 11, 2006 Report Posted November 11, 2006 show Almonds are heterozygos for the Almond gene.If two of these are paired together 1/4 of the young will be homozygos Almonds. These will be white with poor eye sight and reduced vigor. A similar condition arises when two Dominant Opals are paired together
Guest REDFOXKRAUTHS Posted November 12, 2006 Report Posted November 12, 2006 oh because my friend said dont pair a pair of mealys together like i did this year but i had a 5th club winner out of them
