Shipping Night

Hey Guys,

 

How do you pick your birds to send on a shipping night.  What feathers in the moult do you look for when figuring out not to send a bird...for a 100 mile race.

How do yo mean mate. How long's a piece o' string. Yea they can all go tiz only 100 mile. Maybe just send those with good feather covering. Maybe only send half the team cos you don't want to put all your eggs in one basket. The choice is as easy as you want to make it, or maybe not.

for a 100 mile yb race , the darkness ybs usually are best they have full body moult and hold all their flights,,if its natural would just beware of the birds heavy in the moult on the head ,above the beak ,but most well trained ybs should do this distance ok
