Bricon Ets Problem !!!

My father has a problem with his ets when he puts his pocket clock in the holster it does not light up & makes a loud ringing buzzer sound ???

forgot to say its a speedy & the red light is on the power supply but when you put the speedy in the holster nothing lights up and it makes a loud noise ???

  how old is the clock as the early ones were recalled as thay had a fault with the battery.

just last year !!! its when he puts the speedy clock into the power supply it makes a loud noise and the speedy clock does not light up

sound like a connection problem between the speedy and the holder, just make sure there is nothing between the contacts.

he has tried even to bypass the holster and put the lead straight into the speedy clock and its still the same

my guess is batery you need to be talking to supplier.

i have 2 battery packs its doing the same on both batteries
