REDROCKET Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 Hi Tam This is roughly the area of the Fed were there are competing members, there is an area to the south which is within Lanarkshire boudaries but have no competing members West section is 10 miles x 10 miles center section is 12 miles x 7 miles East section is 23 miles x 8 miles Total area NW to SE is 25 miles SW to NE is 18 miles all approx that makes the radius approx 12.5 miles

terry mccarthy Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 blimey thats the same as my club. our 'fed' is 25 mile radius from a pub in a west city suburb...so i guess its 50 miles i think the smaller the raduis the fed is harder to win as birds all come from everywere u have your bird fly round once its good night your out unless its a real hard one
