Guest slugmonkey Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Going to be a ballbuster at release 33 degrees farenhiet winds switch directions in middle of course from s sw to n ne with little cloud cover here that means there is a front line right in middle of course should be extra tough some will have orientation probs
Guest slugmonkey Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Just got birds mine was 29th right on track this is the longest distance they have been he was 40th at 100 so he gained 11 positions at distance should be right on at 300 he is 18th on C race and 11th on A
Guest slugmonkey Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 200 mile race released at 8 am local 34 degrees at release with winds at w sw to 5 at arrival they will be hitting a front with the wind switching to s se about 50 miles from release should be losing some more birds today they lost 36 on the last race with over 100 not making it on the day hopefully magic bullet does as well or better today he is doing better at these short distances than I had hoped, this is his kind of day with the conditions being less than perfect although I wish the distance was longer but he still has a 300, 350, and 400 yet to go
Guest slugmonkey Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 This race is quickly turning into a joke they just clocked the race in under 3 hours at 200 miles they have been coming in in small groups something is not right with this picture you dont get a fast race like this without getting big drops I dont see how the race could be this fast considering there is only a 10 mph wind and the jet stream is blowing north to south the wind is not a tailwind it is a cross wind and the humidity is 71% I dont think they went 200 !!!!!!
