Guest IB Posted July 27, 2009 Report Posted July 27, 2009 3 infections i would treat the second time maybe two weeks after and do what i wrote above im not sure on this one i know some worms need a host spiders slugs etc is tapeworm one of them Always understood they needed an intermediate host and always thought that to be snails, but there is talk on the web between an owner and a vet of an insect host involvement too? Redcheqhen posted a while back that the 'slater' (wood louse) was a tapeworm host / carrier, but can't see a bird eating one of those, so maybe there is another one out there? That's about as much as I know about them, I've never experienced them first hand.
