All your really doing now is given them some vitamin C etc & birds will drink anything just about !!!!!!! if thirsty enough. I much prefer lemons (Have a lemon tree) or you can always give them Vitamin C tablets or powder, just like humans take if you like.

Enjoy.

Try them on organic vegtable juice twice per week, old and young birds, with grape fruit and honey after race, never tried plain orange juice, wont do any harm ,excepting its got additives. Just my opinin

if you think about it this, is maybe why we give our birds yogurt or brewers yeast and all the other stuff you can give pigeons [and help them?]one guy sitting down one day and thought "i wonder if yogurt/brewers yeast will help my birds [thus are born all great ideas! ]watch this space in a years time we will all be doing it ,if it works ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I know alot of top flyers give a tin of carnation milk in the drinker to purge them instead of salt...   I would not do this though...... trust me top men might , i would advise against it, :X :X :X ;D

basicly this is right ,in my opinion ,,, it is said that pigeons dont produce vit c ,,,,,,but they manufacture it as they need it , so a well balanced diet helps a pigeon" manufactor" vit c,,,,as it needs it and when it needs it , i beleive what shadow is saying, as i worked with vydex at blackpool and many other shows, the fortune they were making from magic potions was quite unbeleivable but the packaging and the adverising made it look like you couldnt loose ,   if everyone in your club used these wonderfull magic potions ,there would still only be one winner ??? :) :)
