multi vits

hi folks what would you say are the best multi vits on the market   there is that many to choose from so want to no what you lads & lasses are using thanks rye

It migh make you feel better giving the bird's vitamins, however, the bird's will not thank you or them, they only make the bird work harder, liver/kidney's work hard enough without more junk to sift through.

go to lidl,s super market and buy the tube of multi vits for humans...around the £1 mark

break them into smaller pieces and drop in the drinker they are dissolvable...loads of vits in them and easy to give to the birds...and much much cheaper than the stuff you buy for the birds in shops/mags.
