Guest JonesyBhoy Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 Been reading a bit about it, seems to have a lot of plus's to it.. Whens the best time to give it..?? Canny it be over used..?? And is there any negatives to using it..??
Guest Owen Posted November 10, 2009 Report Posted November 10, 2009 There is nothing wrong with cider vinegar. The big problem is getting the good stuff. The best stuff should not have been subjected to heat and not over strained. You can use it as often as you like, providing you don't over dose. A little and often is the key. About 10 ml to the litre, or a bit less, is OK, I think. Someone on here will be bound to know the actual amount.
dwh Posted November 11, 2009 Report Posted November 11, 2009 found a website which tells you dosage for cider vin. but it does ramble on a bit www.albertaclassic.net/2005Vinegar.php
