advice needed

got a 04 stock bird (cock) bird had it 2wks notice today its looking a bit off so i pick it up and it seem to fly back to its box like it was pissed up and it walk like it was pissed to its droppings are water to so ive put it on its own and got some strike into its water dont no wot else to do any idea, thanks
