When i was young i aiways picked out a youngbird in the loft as a future champ, but sure as futt it went light as it was known then and had to be put down. These days cocci is never heard of why.?

when your birds hunch up and drink lots and dont eat dont fly and if you go to catch them they wont moved they become light very quick aswell!

 

if you bird is going light quickly!! i use old hand going light tablets!!! great product lock the birds up and one tab down his troat and next day hes back to mormal!!

all pigeons have cocci ,if the cocci count gets to high then u need to treat them ;)

I carry out hundreds of droppings tests on racing pigeons. Most have some cocci in them. And it is a major reason why young pigeons do not want to get up and really fly. If you have not heard of it, you have not been listening.
