the names you mentioned champ meil and the jeff were in all the blood lines of basil beebe from hornchurch i got some of my blacks of this man also barry mc nicholas had the same blood this is why pj lofts had the blacks also the great jrwoods of royston who had the fantastic whites with feather legs johny burton atrue jentleman had the famouse handvill hermans but one of karel hermans agents was ron reynolds who i got some fantastic powder blues from the blacks i am led to believe were the blood of stepp and leus

game keeper the names you mention are legends who s  K Hermans where fantastc the results they

with them set yorkshire a light   but remember the first hermans where sold in the very early sixties

at the old Newcastle news theatre  

the black s might have been but a good friend of mine used to go to karels with basil  and karel said he was unsure of the blacks breeding as they where left on the  small holding when he bought it

yes my old no 1 pair was bred by basil  they where blacks and turned out some cracking birds  i think the only reason i got them was i mentioned a name when ordering them  and waited untill the middle of june for them   i also had some through the old walter pedder lines  and some off Norman Feren  who flew out of his skin with them hermans and x   great birds
