Turns out neither pigeon sat these eggs but laid again and are now sitting

firstly pigeons should or will only sit once the second egg is laid,

secondly if the hens were trodden and mated with the cocks then eggs could well be fertile as the cocks semen remains in the hens reproductive system for 18-21 days after mating .
