timbarra Posted August 11, 2007 Report Posted August 11, 2007 firstly pigeons should or will only sit once the second egg is laid, secondly if the hens were trodden and mated with the cocks then eggs could well be fertile as the cocks semen remains in the hens reproductive system for 18-21 days after mating . regards spencer
