yes if there is a small moulting feather stuck in there nose or some time when a smallseed like linseed are in the cleft

Good question. Sneezing is indicative of respiratory infection. If the question were how often do pigeons sneeze. Again difficult to answer. Regular sneezing means you have a problem. So how often do they sneeze ?????????????????????????? Just keep it in mind.

if wattles are white and ventilation is fine the odd sneeze is nowt to worry about ,  if you see a bird sneezing , catch it hold it as normal put you ear between its back ( just behind it''s wings near base of neck )  you'l hear its lungs opening and closing , like little clicks , if sounds rattley then you have respirity , look at your ventilation / number of birds in section , and treat , for prevention i use respirity mist and bathsalts , and a herbal mix to keep under control

Any animal will sneeze on occasion, its a built-in response to an irritant in the nasal cavity. The question you have to ask tho: Is it a sign of something else? So check:

 

for a clear wattle and dry nostrils;

 

for clear eyes, no signs of water running down the cheeks; wet shoulder (rubbing an eye there)

 

for clear nasal cavity (hold bird close to your ear and listen for 'gurgles and splots'   the same sort of noise you make in there when you are about to blow your nose.

well did what was sugested re listening -can't hear anything

pressed the wattles and their noses are dry so

I assume its not any disease Thanks
