THE MOULT

after flying the darkness system for 5 years ive only had 1 year that the birds never finnished the moult i dont know why but the following year some of them were throwing 2 flights at a time and i lost more than usual (yearlings ) the only thing i think caused it was weather nothing else had changed so as far as iam concerned thats why i think most get the idea that darkness y/birds are no good as yearlings but it never stopped me scoring with yearling right out to 487mls and i think some of thease birds that dont moult through 1st year can have problems even as 2 year olds
