i always look at the eyes and feet!! because it will show if the bird is comin down with something!!

like the eyes will be dull in colour if there not in good condition

feet they will be cold full of droppings and not great in colour

i have always liked dark pink skin on a bird as if its glowing. good for raceing good for breeding. some feet on a bird must be warm befor i will  pool the bird  ;)             we all have different opinions on birds and this is mine.

not trying to cause argument here but if you have ever look at your birds

when they have had a realy hard race and look at the skin the day after

it will be deep purple from realy trying hard i dont like red colour i like the pinky colour

like polythene with no scales on but that just me .
